Absolutely love this rental company! We have been in our place for 5 years and just bought a house and so we are moving out. Over the last 5 years, Tami and the team have always been incredibly responsive whenever we have had issues, they communicate efficiently, and have done a great job managing our place. I have heard horror stories of other property managers around town and I’m beyond thankful that we have never experienced anything like it.
I am ridiculously appreciative of ReMax’s Property Management skills. As a property owner, I know that with the Pullman ReMax team my investments continue to hold value. The annual maintenance review on the exterior, interior, electrical, plumbing, and heating make sure my investments are in good repair, safe, and meet code. Most importantly, for both my tenants and me, the phone is answered when there are concerns or emergencies! The ReMax Team knows who to call to quickly resolve any issues.

I have recently made the transition of moving to a new town on my own. I have had difficulties with other property management offices when trying to move in, but the folks at Re/Max have made the move-in process super easy and have been very accommodating to me as I live across the state.
Liz in particular is a super star when it comes to customer service and has helped me every step of the way. It has been a very welcoming experience and one I have very much appreciated. Highly recommended property management!
I have rented from RMHL twice now going on my 3rd lease. I have been so impressed with how quickly they respond to phone calls and emails. I’ve never had to leave a message. Each time I have put in a maintenance request, I have been contacted by both Tami and the maintenance crew to set up a time to get the issue resolved. A couple times I was late on my rent by a day or two, and Tami kindly emailed to remind me. Lastly, I had some special requests (putting a peep hole in my door). It felt like a petty thing to ask for, but it would put me at ease making me feel safer living alone. I emailed Tami to ask and she went above and beyond and made it happen. It was so appreciated. I will continue renting from Remax Home and Land until I’m ready to buy my first house. And even then, I’ll probably stick with them. They are very professional, quick, and trustworthy.
